Sheer Madness is a very stylish male as he commands attention in any paddock.
He is well grown and perfectly balanced with great depth to his chest area and through the body complemented with his impressive substance of bone.
This is of little wonder with his sire being the infamous Popham Havengore, a multi award winning male who has produced many Champions in a range of colours.
Every time Sheer Madness has been shown he has won Best Appaloosa Huacaya and 1st Huacaya Fancy Any Age/Sex over 2022, 2023 and 2025.
Sheer Madness is a proven stud with many cria on the ground of all colours including appaloosa. This is a rare release of proven appaloosa genetics and only available as too closely related to our herd.

Troy walks on a conformationally correct frame while displaying a true to type head style.
He is well grown for his age and ready to start working as a stud this Summer.
His sire (Houghton Prometheus) is one of our core studs here at Ballymac producing many colour champions including Troy.
As we look into the fleece we see a high level of organisation across the body and well into his extremities.
This fleece is fine, uniform in colour and extremely dense as we can see with a shearing blanket fleece weight of 3.5kg to his firsts alone.
A very promising young male and a great prospect for any breeder looking to add proven genetics to their herd.

BALLYMAC GREY COSMOS
Cosmos is a very aesthetically pleasing male, this is mostly due to his envious silvery grey blanket blending into his tuxedo. His fleece is bright, well organised and ultra fine at 15.9 micron with a SD of 3.3 on his first fleece.
We can see that uniformity across the blanket and beyond which are qualities not found in many grey alpacas.
Cosmos will hopefully be ready to start his stud career in 2027.
